We have just come back from a wonderful holiday touring France.
Having stayed in several hotels, some of which belonged to a well known chain, we were very impressed by one small privately run hotel. On leaving the latter hotel there were many thanks and "Au revoirs", hugs and kisses on both sides and the hotel owners gave us a lovely gift of a bottle of liquer and chocolates. We said how great they had been and one of them responded with "it’s because we love our guests!"
What a difference from the standard treatment we had received in the chain hotels! We know which we prefer and will recommend to others.
Being well aware of all things "Quality" and the great importance of "Customer Satisfaction", we always try to give clients and subscribers of Internet Marketing Manchester the best experience possible. We have great respect for the trust that they have put in us and treat them with the same care that we would give to our closest friends and family. I realised this is the same as "Loving our customers". Showing care and respect for people is what love is all about.
